I gained 1.6 lbs. I...gained...1.6 lbs! That's a skill right there. To gain instead of lose the first week of this blog.
Really, I don't know why you're even still reading this. Then again, maybe I do. Because I am not alone in this journey, that's why. There are so many of us struggling every day with weight issues. Some want to lose and some striving to gain.
Sometimes we achieve "miraculous" milestones. Othertimes frustrating disappointments. But through it all we're moving. Maybe not always in a physical sense but still...
It seems odd to say I'm gald I'm not the only one dealing with this issue. I'm not happy to know other are struggling. I'm glad that I'm not alone in this. That being said, no one else can solve this problem for me. People can root me on, offer their two cents or express displeasure in my lack of progression. Yet, ultimately it's up to me. To quote my brother-in-law, "You have to WANT it!"
I know I want the results...but am I truly ready to do the work? Good question.
STARTING WEIGHT: 170 LBS
CURRENT WEIGHT: 171.6 LBS
GOAL WEIGHT: 140 LBS
% OF GOAL REACHED: -.05
POSITIVES: Only had soda once this week. Ate healthy frozen meals twice. Walked 2 miles on Sunday.
NEGATIVES: Drank a lot of sugary & most likely fattening beverages, like flavored coffees and hot chocolate. No other exercising other than Sunday. Choose to sleep in rather than workout.
