I've spent the last 10 years with that idea and it's done me no service, what...so...ever! And so I decided to create this blog as a way to hold myself accountable for my actions. The 30 pounds I would very much like to loose will NOT evaporate like sweat from my body. It will take - well, sweat - to make that goal reachable.
Every week I will charter my progress here. Whether it's been a good action day or a not so good one I'll still post. I will weigh myself every Wednesday morning...and only Wednesday mornings.
GOALS:
- Lose 30lbs by March 1, 2012
- Only drink soda ONE day a week
- Pack my lunch twice a week
- Bring healthy snacks to work
- Cut back on artifical sweeteners
- Exercise at least THREE times per week.
